What About The Dispute Process?

We dispute unlimited negative accounts with each bureau (Equifax, Experian, Transunion)

We dispute directly with creditors and collection agencies (at your request, per client basis) in regard to debt settlement, debt validation, late payment removal, and more.

We mail, fax, and electronically upload your letters to each bureau, if applicable.

To ensure no positive accounts are disputed, they will be marked as "unspecified". This usually happens when the client has an account that is helping their credit scores more than it would be hurting their scores. If the client has inquiries that are attached to open accounts, they will also be marked as "unspecified" to ensure that they are not included in any disputes. We do not dispute inquiries attached to open accounts. When necessary, based upon the package of the member, we do escalate the file utilizing CFPB, BBB, and Attorney General Complaints. We use all of the tools provided to us to ensure your clients receive the desired result in the shortest amount of time possible.

What Is Included In Outsourcing?


Every month, your dedicated account manager will update your clients portal as well as your outsourcing portal notifying you of any changes that have been made on their reports, as well as if the next round went out and what was included.

After the credit report has been updated and analyzed, with all negative items identified, unique letters will be formulated by your dedicated account manager, and once generated, you and your client will be informed that the next round of disputes have been mailed. As soon as all necessary information has been provided, all clients will be processed within 1 business day of being sent over via your outsourcing portal.

Every month when your clients next round is sent out via mail and fax, your client will automatically be set to be updated within the following 35-40 days. This is to give the bureaus enough time to update the clients reports, to increase the odds of multiple deletions per round. We do not update their credit monitoring until our predetermined date, and recommend you letting your clients know not to update it as well. We will input their new scores, mark any accounts that have been deleted, and add any new accounts that may have recently been added to their reports. Then we will repeat the process and mail their next round of disputes to each bureau.

Escalated disputes: Proper use of FCRA, FCBA, FDCPA and FACTA (Handled By Our Legal Advocacy Division On Your Behalf, At No Extra Cost To You)

The limits of what outsourcing includes is dependent upon you! We also offering customer serv ice, which means we would be of service for any of all of your client needs via SMS, Phone, Email, and via their portal. We also provide nurturing materials to help your clients become more financially literate and educated about their finances.

What Am I Responsible For?

You are responsible for onboarding your client within your CRM, unless you are a member of our Customer Service Division Membership. You are responsible for communicating with us when to process and/or cancel your client. We do our best to make this process as simple as possible for you. When you enroll a client, it is then your responsibility to onboard them with us. Gather their personal information, 2 forms of ID, and credit monitoring information. Once the client is completely ready for processing, email us. Once you send the client for processing, we will manage their processing dates for you, giving you first hand updates via your outsourcing portal.

How Long Does The Process Take?

Legally, we cannot guarantee any specific timeframe and/or results for your clients. ShesUs Outsourcing Utilizes the same consumer protection laws that are available to you and your clients. If an item can legally be removed from a credit report, we will either get it removed or refer it to an attorney. The timeframe in which a client is being processed is solely at the discretion of the credit repair organization and not ShesUs Outsourcing. We will continue processing a client unless the credit repair organization cancels the processing of the client.

We do not guarantee any results, but we do have an average of 84% of our clients seeing results in the first 60 days.

How It Works

Members will purchase Credits to activate their credit balance.

The Credit balance will decrease as Rounds Are Completed.

1 Credit = 1 Round


Members will use their Outsourcing Portal to notify and communicate with the ShesUs Team about clients that are ready to be processed.

The ShesUs Team will check files and will place clients ON HOLD if needed. When ready, Clients will be processed.


The ShesUs Team will then process and ship out the disputes. Each round lasts 35-45 days.


Each time a round is over, Your Dedicated Account Manager will update Your CRM, provide results, and start the next round if applicable.
